Bressler & Company and the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In Blog, Bressler News - Press Releases

We are taking a proactive approach to manage the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID – 19).

For the safety of our team and you, our clients, we have closed our office to the public while the “Stay at Home” order is in place.  Even though our office is closed to the public you can continue to reach us by calling our office ( 559.924.1225) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Our team is continuing to work remotely on your tax returns, payroll, and other required reports.  Someone is checking the mail and our drop box daily.

The IRS and the state of California have postponed the deadline for filing and paying your income tax return to July 15,2020.  They have also extended the time to make your first estimated tax payment from April 15, 2020 to July 15, 2020.

With these extensions of time we are no longer working at our normal break-neck pace for this time of the year to get everything completed by April 15th.  As stated before we are continuing to work and are available by phone if you need us for anything.

Please get in touch to discuss any aspect of the above. Thank you for your continued support and we wish you and your friends / family good health.
