Unless your income exceeds $400,000 as a single taxpayer ($450,000 for married couples), your tax rate will remain what it was under the Bush-era tax rates of 2012.  For the high-income taxpayers, the new top rate will be 39.6%.  For 2013 and years following, the tax rates will be 10, 15, 25, 28, 33, 35, and 39.6 percent.
